ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the appeal filed by the petitioner as far back as the year 2011 before respondent No.2, against the order dated 03.10.2011, of respondent No.3 cancelling the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, is not being disposed of.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that respondent No.2 has posted the appeal to 26.12.2014 and that he will dispose of the same expeditiously.
Having regard to the fact that the appeal is kept pending for three years, it is expedient that the same is disposed of as early as possible.
Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the appeal within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49406 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
