Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to revise and regularise the service seniority and give the notional promotion with monetary benefits to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2012.

ORDER
Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 30.8.2012 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents seeking to revise and regularise the service seniority and give notional promotion and monetary benefits to him. The said representation is still pending. No order has been passed by the respondents.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the said representation will be considered in accordance with law.
4. Considering the above submissions made by the parties, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2012 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
