JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 27191 of 2014 Date of Judgment: 18.10.2014 Between:
B. Latha And …Petitioner The Government of Telangana and another ..Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 27191 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner made an application to the Minister for Home, Government of Telangana for grant of parole to her husband-convict only on 12.8.2014. Hardly within two weeks thereafter, the present writ petition is filed alleging inaction on her application.
The second respondent-Superintendent (Jail) has filed a counter-affidavit stating that the request of the petitioner is being considered.
Even otherwise, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is thoroughly premature and no inaction is made out which warrants exercise of jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J Dt. 18.10.2014 KR
