Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 630/2016 (B.L.S. Realty Infra India Ltd. Vs. Ram Narain & Ors.), under section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act pending before Naib Tehsildar, Bheempura, Tehsil-Belthara Road, Ballia, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 630/2016 (B.L.S. Realty Infra India Ltd. Vs. Ram Narain & Ors.), under section 34 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
