ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by proceedings No.P3/122(75)2012-RM:MB, dated 12.08.2013, of respondent No.3, whereby he has terminated the petitioner’s license in respect of pucca stall No.3 at Jadcherla bus-station.
On the petitioner’s own showing, he has filed an appeal/revision before respondent No.2 against the impugned order. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for adjudication on merits with regard to the impugned order passed by respondent No.3. Respondent No.2 is, however, directed to consider the petitioner’s appeal/Revision and pass an order, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45261 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
