JUDGMENT / ORDER

M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.
ub The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the dispute between the parties has been settled by the mutual agreement and the Revision Petitioner has vacated the rented premises and there is no rent arrears and as such the Civil Revision Petition is not pressed. Accordingly, the memo was recorded.
2. In view of the above, the above Civil Revision Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous is closed.
