ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the request of the petitioner for furnishing a copy of the order, dated 06.05.1982, passed by respondent No.2 cancelling ryothwari patta, dated 26.10.1979, granted to the petitioner’s vendors is not being considered.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AA), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s request is under consideration of respondent No.2 and that a copy of the order as requested by the petitioner will be supplied to him within two weeks.
The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.1166 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
