2. According to the Additional Government Pleader appeal filed by the petitioner has been disposed of on 31.10.2014. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also admitted the same and made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
