THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, NARAYANA SWAMY J, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner has filed the present writ petition being aggrieved by the refusal of interim order by the order dated 25.07.2019 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal for short).
2. Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties.
3. After hearing the learned Counsel for sometime, this Court deems it fit to direct the Tribunal to expedite disposal of main matter itself.
4. In case, if the main prayer and the interim prayer are one and the same, the Tribunal is directed to dispose of the main matter itself at the earliest i.e., within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
