… Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct R-2 and R-3 to make investigation for the irregularities and illegalities committed by the R-1 and it found guilty and take action against R-1 and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
In this petition, the petitioner, who claims to be RTI Activists inter alia seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the complaint, which has been filed by the petitioner against respondent No.1 and to take an appropriate action in accordance with law.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that in case the complaint filed by the petitioner is still pending before respondent No.2, the same shall be decided in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
