Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.4, in not releasing the stocks of essential commodities for the month of January, 2015, to the petitioner’s fair price shop at Nijavalli Village, Kundurpi Mandal, Anantapuram District, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), representing the respondents, placed before the Court the release order, dated 22-12-2014, issued in favour of the petitioner.
Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that, so far, his client has not received the said order.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader has assured that respondent No.4 will ensure that the petitioner receives the said order by today evening.
The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous with a warning to respondent No.4 not to repeat this conduct in future.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.49630 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
