On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.01.2014 under the caption “for dismissal”.
Today also when the matter is taken up for consideration, none appears for the petitioner.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
