RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE TAHASILDAR, MUDIGERE TALUK TO REGULARIZATION OF THE PETITIONER'S LAND IN SY NO.54 OF HIRESIGAR VILLAGE, CONSISTING OF 4 ACRE 30 GUNTAS AND GRANT "SAGUVALI CHIT" TO THE PETITIONER BY COLLECTING NECESSARY FEE / PENALTY FROM THE PETITIONER AS PER THE COMMITTEE APPROVAL [ANNEXURE-G] OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE FORM A COMMITTEE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FOR CONSIDERING THE PETITIONERS APPLICATION FOR GRANTING SAGUVALI CHIT.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an earlier occasion the petitioner has approached this Court by filing W.P.No.6694/2013 seeking consideration of his application for regularization. This Court by an order dated 06.09.2011, directed the Tahsildar to consider the petitioner’s application in accordance with law. In spite of said direction, the Tahsildar did not consider the said application. Hence, this writ petition is filed for the second time. He further submits that vide Annexure-G, the name of the petitioner is included for grant of land and the same is placed on record.
2. Considering the aforesaid submissions, learned HCGP is directed to communicate to the authorities concerned to issue necessary endorsement in that behalf within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. It is also made clear that if no positive results are received, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Contempt Court for appropriate action against the concerned Officials.
No costs.
Learned AGA to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks from today.
