nv O R D E R The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.06.2015 passed in WP.No.15664 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2015 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Reference No. 1427/ESI/E2/2/14-II dated 05.10.2016 to that effect.
3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
