1. This writ petition is a letter sent by detenue from jail. It was said that he has completed twenty one years of his life sentence and therefore, further period in jail be remitted.
2. Sri Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA has filed an affidavit, stating that petitioner has already been released from Central Jail, Varanasi on 12.11.1995, after serving out twenty one years of imprisonment.
3. In the circumstances, nothing survives.
4. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
