2. Petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Cr.No.636/2012. Even though the records contain the copy of the charge sheet, the petitioners have not challenge the charge sheet.
3. A reading of the charge sheet and documents produced in support thereof prima facie disclose the commission of the offences. Therefore, I do not find any good ground to accede to the prayer made in the petition.
Consequently, the petition is dismissed.
