The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey in respect of her house site in Natham Old Survey No.71/4, New No.523/11 and Patta No.33, situated at No.149, Mariamman Koil Street, Pudhur Village, Maduranthagam Taluk, Kancheepuram District on the basis of her representation dated 04.07.2017, within a time frame.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the necessary charges for surveying the land and also given a representation dated 04.07.2017, which has not yet been considered by the respondents 2 and 3.

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
