Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Proc.Rc.No.2027/2014-B, dt.17-06-2014, appointing the 5th respondent Sangham as Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.14 Kotcherla Village, Ipur Mandal, Guntur District, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondent authorities to set aside the same.”
At the hearing, Mrs.K.Aruna, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to her client to approach respondent No.1 seeking appropriate relief.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.31013 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
