JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is seen from the record that despite specific orders of this Court, the plaintiff did not appear before the Additional Master No.II on 08.12.2016, 15.12.2016 and 16.12.2016 and also on 22.12.2016. On 02.01.2017, he has appeared before the Additional Master No.II and stated that he wanted to change his counsel. It is very clear that the plaintiff has C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
vsi2 indulging in delaying the proceedings and has no regard for sanctity the Court proceedings. He is not prepared to abide by the directions of this Court. The suit is of the year 2010. In the year 2017, after nearly seven years, he has come before the Additional Master No.II and has stated that he wanted to change his counsel, when the learned counsel has appeared for him for nearly seven years on his behalf. The plaintiff does not deserve any indulgence. The suit is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/- to the defendant.
