JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to retain the case and to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.2121 of 2012 without transferring it to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) in Chennai for exclusive trial of CCB cases (relating to Cheating Cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro cases.
2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is confining the prayer of the petitioner to the extent of directing the Trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2121 of 2012 as early as possible.
3. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and he has no serious objection to the submission made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner with regard to early disposal of the case by the Trial Court.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai is directed to complete the trial proceedings and dispose of the case in C.C.No.2121 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
