THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Petitioner herein is seeking a writ of mandamus to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to place her application before the Darkasth Committee, to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in terms of Section 94A of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, in regularizing the unauthorized cultivation of petitioner to land bearing Sy.No.16 of Jakkasandra village, Kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, Kolar District.
2. The learned Additional Government Advocate who has taken notice for respondents in this matter would submit that at the moment the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorized Cultivation is not constituted by the State, as and when the same is constituted, if the petitioner’s application is in order, the same will be taken up and considered in accordance with law within two months’ from the date of constitution of the Committee.
His submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
