Counsel holding brief of Sri Niraj Pandey, who appears for the appellant states that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn as the matter has been settled between the parties outside the court.

An application on behalf of appellant supported by affidavit of the appellant herself has also been filed with the prayer to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn. Mohd. Asif Khan, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3 is present and has no objection.

In view of the aforesaid, application supported by an affidavit and the statement so made the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
