This is unfortunate that an ad interim order dated 2.12.2000 whereby respondents were directed to allow the petitioners to work and pay remuneration and the said order is still subsisting but it has not been complied with. In the interest of justice one more opportunity is afforded to respondents to ensure compliance and file an affidavit of compliance by 18.1.2016.
