Learned A.G.A. has put in appearance on behalf of the State.
Isue notice to opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.
List immediately after service. Steps be taken within seven days through registered post, failing which the interim order which is being passed herein below shall come to an end.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has every hope that the matter would be settled amicably, therefore, it may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
In view of the above, as an interim measure, it is provided that till the next date of listing petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 597 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 342 I.P.C., Section 3 (1) Domestic Violance Act, 2005 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow, subject to his deposition of Rs.10000/- in the Office of this Court.
This matter would be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court whenever the opposite party no. 3 appears before the Court and gives her consent.
