The Investigating Officer of the Case Crime No.281 of 2010 under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. namely Shri Sanjeet Kumar Sonkar, Sub Inspector of Police Station Wazirganj, District Lucknow is present. He has also filed counter affidavit wherein it has been indicated that the main accused one Sameer with whom Kumari Hina Bano has eloped, has not been arrested so far although every efforts are being made to recover Kumari Hina Bano. Let him do so within ten days.

List this case again on 14.7.2010 before the appropriate Bench. On the said date, the Investigation Officer shall again appear and apprise the Court about the progress of the case.
