1. This application is for fixing date for final hearing of First Appeal No. 1692 of 2009. As could be seen from the application, the award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer is dated 7.2.1990. As could further be seen from the application, legal heirs of the claimants were required to be brought on record. It is further found that out of the amount awarded by the Reference Court, only 30% amount was deposited which was permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants.
2. We, therefore, deem it proper to fix the main matter for final hearing on 15th March, 2012. Accordingly, the main matter being First Appeal No. 1692 of 2009 is fixed for final hearing on 15th March,2012. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
