This is the second anticipatory bail application of the applicant. He has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 513 of 2019, under Sections 447, 452, 427, 504, 506 and 392 IPC, Police Station Ganj, District Rampur.
I have heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.
Learned A.G.A. has drawn the attention of this Court to the case diary alleging that the applicant is not cooperating with the investigation which resulted issuance of proclamation under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C..
I find no good ground for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. He may approach the court below and seek regular bail in the matter, if so advised.
Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected.
