Present listing application has been moved by the revisionist with the following prayer:-
"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and direct the office to list the fresh case and fix any early date for hearing the Criminal Revision of the revisionist, otherwise the applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
On 10.12.2021, this Court has already been directed that the matter be listed after four weeks along with previous papers on the listing application moved by the revisionist but in spite of that again a fresh listing application was moved with a prayer to list the present case as a fresh case.
The listing application is totally misconceived and it is accordingly dismissed.
