Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents/authorities specially respondent no. 2, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahganj, district Jaunpur to decide Case No. T201914360106762, Azeem Ahmad and another Vs. Gaon Sabha and others filed on 20.11.2018 under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in some specified period fixed by this Court and to settle the boundary dispute of land i.e. Land Arazi No. 80 Area 0.251 Hectare by deciding the aforesaid case.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahganj, district Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months, provided there is no other legal impediment and provided that the functioning of the Court is not affected due to COVID-19 Pandemic.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, present petition is finally disposed of.
