Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Azam Ali Khan, in Case Crime No. 194 of 2019, under Sections- 436, 427 IPC, Police Station- Mandawar, District- Bijnor.
Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed. Notice has been served on opposite party no. 2 personally. No one has put in appearance on behalf of informant.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 03.11.2020.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03.11.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
