Petitioners and State of Andhra Pradesh, Agriculture and Co-operation Department, Rep. by its Principal Secretary, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to direct the respondents to act in accordance with law by not insisting the petitioners to do the business of wholesale dealer in fertilizers in pursuance to the licenses issued to them by the 4th respondent in the District of Guntur only under the provisions of Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioners as wholesale dealer of fertilizers by insisting on them to do the business in the District of Guntur only and pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
After arguing the case, Mr. Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to first approach the respondent concerned by way of a representation and avail fresh remedy in the event their representations are not positively considered.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.39794 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
