Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Orders, Direction or Directions to the Respondents to act in accordance with law by not insisting the Petitioners to do the business of wholesale dealers in Fertilizers pursuant to the licenses issued to them by the 4th Respondent in the District of Guntur only under the Provisions of Fertilizer (Control) Order, 1985 and to issue a consequential direction to the Respondents not to interfere with the businesses of the Petitioners as wholesale dealers of Fertilizers by insisting them to do their respective businesses in the District of Guntur only.”
At the hearing, it is not disputed by the learned Counsel for both the parties that the issue similar to that raised in this Writ Petition viz., whether the petitioners, who are wholesale dealers, can be restrained from selling the fertilizers from their authorized sale depots to persons belonging to the Districts other than the one, in which they hold licenses, was decided by this Court vide W.P.No.33768 of 2012, dated 30.10.2012.
For the same reasons as contained in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order. .
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45750 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of.
