Seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.05.2017, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records carefully.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petition enquiry is pending on the petitioner's complaint and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.
4. In the light of the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to complete enquiry into the petitioner's complaint within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
