Petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that though persons with lower merit, have been selected, but her claim has been ignored.
Issue relating to appointment on the post of Constable pursuant to recruitment exercise initiated in the year 2013 is already engaging attention of the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal No. 20015 of 2018. Detailed directions have already been issued by the Apex Court for processing the claim of candidates after noticing the facts in that regard. Once directions have already been issued and the issue is subjudice before the Apex Court, there would be no occasion for this Court to step in at this stage.
Writ petition is consigned to records.
