The applicant - prisoner has filed this application for releasing him on temporary bail for 21 days on the ground of managing the amount of fine, imposed by the trial Court while awarding conviction to the applicant.
Heard learned APP for the respondent - State. I have also perused the jail remarks. It appears that the sentence was awarded on 20.3.2009. From the jail remarks, it seems that till date the applicant has remained out of the jail for 54 days on different ground, but, he has not managed for fine amount. I am, therefore, of the opinion that just to remain out of the jail he has prayed for temporary bail on the ground of managing the amount of fine, which he could have managed when he remained out of the Jail. Therefore, the grounds shown is not genuine and reasonable.
In view of above, the application is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
