JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
By means of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner has prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned Charge sheet No.A-112/2018, dated 24.06.2018 and cognizance / summoning order dated 04.12.2018 alongwith its resultant proceedings which is arising out of case crime no.101/2018 in offence under section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3(1) Da of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station - Tarun, District - Faizabad, registered as Special Session Trial No.246/2018, State Vs. Aayush Kumar Verma pending before Special Judge SC/ST Act, Faizabad.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner that applicant/petitioner wants to move an application for discharge before the court concerned through counsel. An innocuous prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a direction may be issued to the court concerned to decide the discharge application moved through counsel expeditiously.
Accordingly, the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner/ applicant may move an application for discharge through counsel within a period of 30 days, which shall be decided by the court concerned expeditiously in accordance with law.
For thirty days or till disposal of discharge application, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
