Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Shukla, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Vachaspati Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant.
In this case crime number, vide order dated 24.8.2021, interim anticipatory bail granted till submission of police report under Section 173 (2) of Cr.P.C., the same has been filed for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Ghaziabad Kotwali, District- Kotwali and cognizance over it has been taken by Court concerned on 24.11.2021.
Hence, now no apprehension of arrest by police is there except process of summon, issued by Court concerned; applicant to appear before the court concerned in compliance of the process issued by the Court, where, he may move regular bail application and the same is to be decided strictly in accordance with law laid down by this Court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 as well as judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC), Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P.
This anticipatory bail application is finally disposed off.
