In spite of retiring on 30.6.2017 and no dues pending against the petitioner, gratuity has not been paid so far in spite of various representations to the respondent no. 3.
It is submitted that respondent no. 3 has already passed an order for gratuity, but the respondent no. 4 is not proceeding in the matter.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 4 that in case the petitioner is entitled for gratuity and no dues pending against him, the same be released in favour of the petitioner by passing appropriate order, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
