JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is an application for substitution of the respondent no. 2 namely Smt. Sita Devi, it is supported an affidavit. It has been stated in the affidavit that Smt. Sita Devi was a co-plaintiff with Sri Ayodhya Nath Tewari, the father of the present appellant Nos. 1/1 to 1/6 who are the only heirs and legal representatives of the deceased-respondent No. 2. There is no counter affidavit available on record to contest the averments made in this application.
The cause list has been revised. None appears on behalf of the other respondents. In view of the such circumstances, this application is allowed, let the necessary incorporation be made in the array of the parties within two weeks.
