The petitioner approached the first respondent for issuance of purchase certificate. The application has been registered as SM No.481/2014. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the above application.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose the above application within a period of six months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
