JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this appeal was taken up on 24.03.2017, it was reported that the sole respondent was died. Hence the appeal was ordered to be posted after three weeks on 17.04.2017 for taking steps. Thereafter the appeal was adjourned for one week on 01.06.2017. When this appeal came up again on 01.06.2017, the same was directed to be posted today as a last chance. Though sufficient opportunity was given, no steps have been taken on behalf of the respondent. Hence the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
