JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is submitted by Ms.Sonal D. Vyas, learned advocate for the petitioners that the Revision Application No.77/2006 has been finally disposed of by order dated 25.01.2012 of the Additional Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, therefore, the petition has become infructuous, as a fresh cause of action has arisen. The learned advocate for the petitioners states that she may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
Permission to withdraw the petition, is granted.
The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.
Notice is discharged. There shall be no orders as to costs.
