Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2 has been accepted by Sri Mohd. Syeed, Advocate whereas Sri Sudhir Pandey, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite parties no. 3 and 4.
They pray for and are granted ten days' time to file counter affidavit.

In the meantime, as an interim measure, we hereby confine the function of the Committee appointed under the office Memorandum dated 15.06.2010 issued by the Chief Executive Officer of U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board, Lucknow to act upon as Mutawalli of Waqf Takia Kalan (Waqf No. 20), Bahraich and the petitioner shall continue to work as Sajjadanashin of the Waqf, till further orders of this Court.
