In pursuance of the order dated 17.8.2021, passed by this Court, Mrs. Archana Tyagi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has submitted a medical report wherein it is opined that the girl is about 18 years. The medical report is taken on record.

In view of the above, the girl is minor, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.

The writ petition is dismissed.
