1. By an order dated 9.5.2012 while disposing of the aforesaid application, in Para 5, this Court has observed as under:-
"5. That the Applicant Company to file with this Court Registrar within 7 days from this order, for his approval, the drafts of form of notices convening meetings of the equity shareholders of the Applicant Company and unsecured creditors including fixed depositors of the Applicant Company, drafts of notices convening meetings of the equity shareholders and unsecured creditors including fixed depositors of the Applicant Company, to be published in the news papers, drafts of the forms of proxy/ies, and draft of the explanatory statement under Section 393 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. The aforesaid observations made in the order dated 9.5.2012 is inadvertently made and hence, the same requires to be deleted. Further, in view of what has been stated in Para 4 of the note for speaking to minutes, Para 5 of the order dated 9.5.2012 stands deleted.
3. Numbers of subsequent Paras 6 to 13 in the order dated 9.5.2012 be amended accordingly.
4. If certified copy of the order dated 9.5.2012 is not issued, the registry shall issue certified copy after carrying out the aforesaid correction.
5. Accordingly, the note for speaking to minutes stands disposed of.
