JUDGMENT / ORDER

Draft amendments are allowed. Amendment, as prayed for, shall be carried out forthwith.
Notice to the respondents returnable on 5th March 2012. Direct service is permitted.
It is urged by the learned advocate Shri Bhatt that the trial Court is likely to frame the issues in a suit, being Regular Civil Suit No. 13 of 2012 and therefore, he has requested for stay of the proceedings. Since the notice is being made returnable next week, the petitioner shall be at liberty to make such a request to the trial Court, which shall be considered by the learned Judge concerned.
