The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in Writ A No.10320 of 2018 (Awdhesh Kumar Patairiya vs. State of U.P. and 4 Others).
Pursuant to the order dated 18.08.2021, instructions received from the office of the opposite party dated 21.09.2021 was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record.
In this view of the matter the Court is of the opinion that the order passed by the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit and the amount for which the applicant became entitled has already been paid in his favour, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
