Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The opposite parties have put in appearance on 13.2.2018 in P.A. Case No.33 of 2017 (Awantika Agro Services through its Director Smt. Awantika Gupta Vs. State of U.P. through Collector Varanasi and others) pending before the Additional District Magistrate (Civil Supply)/Rent Control and Eviction Officer, Varanasi, under Section 16(1) - B of U.P. Act No.13 of 1972.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any good reason to issue a direction to decide the aforesaid case within a stipulated period.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed at this stage.
