Heard Shri Shambhavi Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Arvind Kumar, learned AGA for the State respondents and Shri Anshul Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents no. 4 and 5.
Pursuant to the rule nisi issued earlier, the petitioner corpus has been produced in Court by the respondents no. 4 and 5. The corpus has been identified by Shri Anshul Tiwari, learned counsel.
Learned A.G.A. on the basis of an enquiry made from the petitioner corpus in Court, submits that she has stated that she is presently twenty five years of age and that she has completed her graduation. She has further stated that she is coming from her parental home. On a specific query, she has denied the factum of marriage with Anuj Sharma and states that the registration of marriage was obtained by exercising undue influence and under coercion. She has also stated that she does not perceive any imminent threat to her life or liberty and has expressed a desire to go back to her parental home.
Having regard to the aforesaid, rule nisi issued earlier is not required to be made absolute. It is discharged.
The petition stands accordingly dismissed.
The petitioner corpus is at liberty to go alongwith the respondents no. 4 and 5, wherever she may desire.
