Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Court below i.e. Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad be directed to expedite the hearing and decide the Case No. 303 of 2017 (Avanish Kumar Pandey Vs. Smt. Amita Devi) within a time bound period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
With with aforesaid observations/directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
